2012 FINALIST IN CANADIAN HOME BUILDER'S DESIGN AWARDS
 This year, Lagois is a 2012 Finalist in the Canadian Home Builder's SAM Awards for a whole house renovation in the $250,000-$500,000 category.
This home was also a 2012 Finalist in the Ontario Home Builder's Design Awards for "Most Outstanding Home Renovation" in the $100,000-$500,000 category.
