This project was limited to interior renovations of the ground floor, upper floor ensuite and bathroom renovations. Typical of circa 1980 homes, the interior finishes were dated. Existing layouts such as enclosed kitchen and rooms did not meet present day functional open concept living.

The ground floor includes a new, organized mudroom entry; functional, open kitchen; family room /eating area; formal dining room (client’s profession requires formal entertaining); centrally located powder room; formal living room and office space.

The second floor includes a new expanded Ensuite, laundry room, renovated main bath and renovated bath for second bedroom.
