President's Message:

I established Lagois Drafting & Construction Inc. in 1984 as a unique architectural design and construction company providing design and build services for Custom Homes, Renovations and Additions, servicing the Greater Ottawa area, and surrounding counties: Renfrew, Lennox & Addington, Frontenac, Lanark, Prescott & Russell, Leeds & Grenville and Stormont Dundas & Glengary.

Our designs reflect directly upon our construction experience. Unique, innovative, efficient, Bill 124 Certified, and award winning designs help YOU, the client, save. All too often, consumers are charged outrageous fees for inefficient designs which escalate construction costs. Holistic design is our philosophical approach: from conceptual drawings, to working drawings to construction. Aesthetics, space planning, environmentally friendly (green design), energy efficiency, healthy housing, and mechanical systems are just some examples of our many design considerations.

Taking our design philosophy to new levels: In 2002, with Scott Armstrong, I established Lagois Mechanical Inc. offering energy efficient solutions: in-floor (hydronic) radiant heating, geothermal heat pumps, and air quality solutions (HRV’s, ERV’s, etc.) My belief is: Your home, Your renovation and/or Your addition should be designed as a system -the holistic design approach!

Furthermore we are proud to offer our services as options: You may choose us to do the Architectural Designs only (You own the drawings at the end of the process); construction only; mechanical services only; or we can design and construct Your project from concept to fruition.
