This is an addition to an existing home. Hydronic Radiant in floor heating was used to supplement the existing forced air system and avoid altering the existing duct work. 1 ½" light weight concrete (Gyp-crete) was used as a thermal mass over pour. The space performs beyond expectations, adding to the overall comfort.
