PROJECT 8
An existing garage was converted to a family room, powder room and entry. Rigid insulation was used on top of the existing garage floor. New Pex tubing was installed over the rigid insulation with light weight concrete as a thermal mass over-pour.
Hardwood flooring finishes off the room, creating a warm and comfortable environment.
