This Rear Family/Sun Room Addition was designed to create a feeling of space and natural lighting, taking full advantage of the panoramic view. Furthermore, a functional mud room entrance was added off the garage, with access to the rear yard, as well as hardwood stairs leading to the family/sun room.
Emphasis was placed on designing an addition that blends into the existing, flows well, and lets abundance of light into the existing home.
A palladium window, along with a cathedral ceiling was used to create a feeling of openness and space. A patio door leads onto a large deck, further extending the living area to the outdoors.
