This addition was designed to increase the existing living area by adding a family room, eating area, and relocating the kitchen; all without compromising the spectacular river and pool view.
The naturally lit addition flows easily from indoors to outdoors. The open concept was designed with the great room being sunken to help define areas. Cedar ceilings, birch hardwood floors, and fireplace were used to create an intimate feeling. The entire rear and side of the addition is furbished for .natural light and an uninterrupted view to the rear. The pool can be viewed from any interior point, for added safety. A formal dining room was designed to be well lit, along with French doors to maintain the great view.
This addition is very practical, and functional and traffic flows very well. It has met all our customers requirements.
