We’re finalists!
It's an especially happy time for the Lagois team these days. There are smiles all around ‒ for lots of reasons, including a successful golf tournament, a partnership with the Carleton University Ravens soccer team, and… if that weren’t enough, we have been named finalists in SIX categories in the 43rd Annual Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association Housing Design Awards.
One of them is a Special Achievement Award: for Renovator of the Year, an award we have won twice before.
The other categories are:
Renovation ($200,001–$400,000): "Room to Flourish"
Renovation ($400,001–$600,000): "An Exterior Reimagined"
Renovation ($800,001–$1,000,000): "Together At Home"
Custom Kitchen (200 sq. ft. or less) — Traditional: "Fit for a King"
Custom Bathroom (100 sq. ft. or less) — Traditional: "A Quiet Retreat"
Each of these projects represents thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to creating homes that truly work for the people who live in them.
We’re incredibly proud of our team and grateful to our clients for trusting us to bring these spaces to life.
The award winners will be announced at the GOHBA Awards Gala on Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Rogers Centre in Ottawa.
