The Lagois team, unplugged

It started with a heartfelt message.

As the recent Thanksgiving weekend approached, Jacob Kirst, Lagois president, sent a note by email out to his team.

This is what he said:

“I’ve been reflecting on what I’m grateful for, and without question one that came to mind is all of you. Each day, I’m reminded how fortunate I am to work alongside such a passionate, talented, and caring group of people who bring our vision of Perfecting the Art of Living to life for our clients.

“What we do together isn’t just about renovating homes. For me, it’s about helping families live better, connect deeper, and create spaces that truly reflect who they are. That’s powerful work, and it’s only possible because of the heart and dedication each of you brings.

“This Thanksgiving, I’d like to challenge you to take a moment and share one thing you are grateful for...something that inspires you, keeps you grounded, or reminds you why you do what you do. Gratitude is a small act that often sparks a big perspective.

“Wishing you all a warm and joyful Thanksgiving surrounded by family, friends, and loved ones.

“With gratitude, Jacob”.

The message brought forth warm replies.
