I’m beyond thrilled to share some incredible news: we’ve been named finalists for the Ontario Home Builders’ Association Awards of Distinction in four categories, including Renovator of the Year; and in six categories at this year’s GOHBA Housing Design Awards, also including Renovator of the Year.

These are the OHBA categories:

• Home Renovation ($250,001 - $500,000), “South of the Mountain”

• Kitchen Renovation, “South of the Mountain”

• Bathroom Renovation, “South of the Mountain”

• GOHBA Renovator of the Year

• Custom Kitchen (251 sq ft or more) – The Heart of the Mountain

• Renovation ($250,001 – $400,000) – Seamless Living

• Custom Bath (101 sq ft or more) – Heaven Beneath the Mountain

• Custom Kitchen (175 sq ft or less) – Ruskin Kitchen Revive

• Innovation Award: Renovator of the Year – No Stone Unturned
