A beautiful partnership

There’s an especially sweet aspect of our work here at Lagois Design·Build·Renovate, something we cherish. It’s the joy of homeowners who invite us into their lives and allow us to help shape a home that captures and embraces their very essence.

Two of our homeowner couples are part of our recent success in being named finalists in the 2025 Greater Ottawa Home Builders Association (GOHBA) Design Awards and the Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) Awards of Distinction. We have also been named as finalists as OHBA and GOHBA Renovator of the Year, and we’re up for the AllThingsHome People’s Choice Award.

We’re delighted and honoured by all of this, of course. We know it is an industry-wide acknowledgement of our fine design and craftsmanship. But more than that, for us it’s a celebration of partnership. Our homeowners’ trust in us and their openness to co-create a space that reflects beauty and function is what made this achievement possible.

We’re bursting with pride. We’re proud to see these homes singled out among the best in our industry. But the most pride we feel is about walking this journey with our homeowners. Together we’ve created something special. With them, we have brought their vision to life. We have also accomplished, once again, our deep commitment to Perfecting the Art of Living.

It has been an exciting time in our lives and theirs. We are deeply grateful.
